  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are listed in $ and may change without notice.
  • Payments are accepted via major credit cards, PayPal, and other available payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • If a payment is declined, the order may be canceled.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped from our New Jersey warehouse on the next business day.
  • We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $39 $ within the USA and $75 $ to Canada.
  • Shipping costs are based on weight and distance and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties and additional charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times may vary, especially during holidays.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

9. Missing Piece Service

·       Perre LLC | Anatolian Puzzles makes every effort to ensure that all of our products are without defect in production line. If you find that you have a missing piece/pieces at your jigsaw puzzle, we will replace the pieces of the same image (unless discontinued) without question or qualification. Simply complete the form on the web site and we will send you the pieces you indicated in the form free of charge. Please note that there is no guarantee that the pieces that we sent will fit into the original colors.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
